All vehicles are covered by the carrier's cargo insurance during transport. Customers are encouraged to review coverage details before shipping.
A vehicle condition report is completed at pickup and delivery. Customers must note any pre-existing damage before transport.
Orders may be cancelled before carrier dispatch without penalty. Cancellations after dispatch may be subject to fees.
Quarnex Vale Co. acts as a broker and is not liable for damages during transport. Claims must be filed with the assigned carrier directly.
